At The People Outfit, we take pride in delivering high-quality professional development services designed to help you grow as a leader. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Information

The People Outfit provides online and in-person services. No physical items will be shipped unless otherwise stated. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are engaging in a service-based transaction.

Hogan Profiling and Coaching Sessions

We understand that scheduling can sometimes be challenging.
If we are unable to find a suitable time that works for both you and us, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Once a session has been booked and confirmed, refunds will not be available for change of mind, failure to attend, or scheduling conflicts on your end. However, we are happy to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice

Online Courses

Refund requests for online courses will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Because access to course content is provided immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once materials have been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions may be made in cases of technical issues, duplicate purchases, or other special circumstances at our discretion.
